  • Select Internet Options.

  • Can't find the table menu; press the Alt key (it’ll make hidden files visible).

  • Then, tap on the Advanced tab and select: 

    • Disable Script debugging Internet Explorer

    • Disable script debugging other

  • Tap Apply and then the Ok button.

Launch web browser settings to clear the cache and cookies stored on the device: 

  • Open the internet explorer.

  • Tap on the Tools options placed in the right corner. 

  • Then, select the option Safety & Security. 

  • Now, tap the Delete button. 

  • Wait for a while until it deletes all the cache and cookies. 

  • At last, close the browser and reopen it.
